1. Where We Ship

• We ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India
  
• Delivery partners: Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post & others
  
• International shipping coming soon

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
  
• Orders placed after 12 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day
  
• You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delays may occur during peak sales, festivals, or due to external disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹699 → Free Shipping
  
• Orders below ₹699 → Flat ₹49

   

Free shipping offers may be active during special promotions.

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking details are sent via email/SMS after dispatch
  
• You can also track from the ‘My Orders’ section of your SuprSeeds account

   

6. Failed Deliveries

If a package is undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect address/phone number
  
• Customer unavailable after 2 attempts

   

It will be returned to origin (RTO). Re-delivery is possible with additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we will replace or refund
  
• You must notify us with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery

8. Product Packaging Promise

• All products are shipped in tamper-proof, moisture-safe packaging
  
• Orders are dispatched from our FSSAI-certified facility
