Refund and Returns Policy

At SuprSEEDS , we strive to provide the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Refund and Return Policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged product received
✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Product lost in transit
✅ Product quality issue (must be proven within 2 days of delivery)

⚠️ Please note:
Due to the nature of our consumable wellness products (oils, powders, seeds), we do not accept returns for reasons like:

Change of mind
Opened or used products
Allergic reactions (please read ingredients carefully)

2.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@suprseeds.com with:

Order ID
Reason for return
Photo/video of issue
We aim to resolve all return requests within 48 working hours.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Opened or tampered products
Free gifts or promotional items
Products purchased during clearance sale
Orders delivered with confirmed tracking but claimed as “not received”

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within 2 hours of placing the order) by emailing info@suprseeds.com

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets return eligibility.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

Once your products are inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note – Shipping costs are non-refundable.
